<p>Tyranny Hovey grew up in the Midwest. After a brief detour to Seattle, she settled in Texas. Once her daughter abandoned her for a boy, she filled the house with cats and imaginary friends. As an avid reader, she always dreamed of creating her own universe. She started writing my first book in the 5th grade. Some of the voices in her head have been around for decades; others have jumped into the fray more recently. When she’s not busy taking dictation from them, she hangs out with her seven cats and two dogs.</p>
